Management buyout of Technor ISIS

Technor ISIS, which designs and manufactures ATEX approved explosion-proof computers for the oil and gas sectors, has new owners. Following a MBO the Malton-based company has been purchased from the Technor Group by managing director, Howard Gould, and financial director, John Holliss. The company will now trade as ISIS-Ex Limited.
